Staying here was a great experience that I highly recommend. The location was perfect: on a quiet street close to the Charles bridge, and all tourist spots were within walking distance. The staff here was very friendly and helpful, providing a range of convenient services like car hire and shuttle service. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything from in-room air conditioning to a mini-bar and in-room safe. The staff at the reception desk made great efforts to see through any requests.

I would definitely recommend this venue to all, without hesitation.

I liked location and staff at this hotel. Lots of supplies in the room: a laptop-size safe, a minibar and an iron.

The Charles in Prague was awesome. The location, right by Charles Bridge, was amazing, with plenty of nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff, including Christine, Gabriel, Katrina, and Mithul, provided really good service with a smile. The rooms were beautifully decorated with an antique feel, and the pure white linen and soft towels added to the comfort. The pricing was reasonable, making it great value for money. The hand-painted wood ceiling in our room was a fine detail. The check-in process was easy, and the breakfast was delicious.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk away from the famous Charles Bridge. The staff were helpful and cute, and the hotel itself was lovely and warm. My room was comfortable, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities. The highlight was definitely the big modern bathroom. The breakfast, served in the old cellars of the hotel, was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed at The Charles for 4 nights and it was perfect. The location, just steps away from the Charles Bridge and St. Nicholas Church, was ideal for exploring the area. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering valuable information about local restaurants and attractions. The included breakfast was delicious and there was even a welcome drink. Plus, the unbeatable value for our July stay made it even better. Couldn't recommend more this hotel!

The noise from outside parties was quite disruptive, as the sound insulation was poor. Some of the furniture felt unstable and made loud noises.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the Charles Bridge and in a quiet street with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is in the heart of Malá Strana, making it ideal for exploring all the tourist spots. The rooms are comfortable and some even have old painted ceilings, adding a unique touch. The breakfast options are plentiful and the service is excellent, with a very kind waitress who even made friends with my German Shepherd.

All was well, nothing to complain about.
